Ways for you to know your exact mountain bike size.

That the frame has the right size is essential for you to enjoy it and even can you avoid pain or lessions for forced postures.

 Depending on the manufacturer, the sizes can be marked by inches or centimeters.

For frames in inches:

Leg length * x 0.21 = Size in inches.

For example. One leg of 95 cm. X by 0.21 inches equal 19.95 inches. This is the frame size in inches we need. A size twenty would be ideal for us.

For frames in centimeters:

Leg length* x 0.65 = Size in centimeters.

For example. One leg of 95 cm. X 0.65 centimetres equal 61.75. This is the frame size in centimetres we need.

* The longer of the leg is from the groin to the floor.
