 Your physical and technical form is good? You're looking for steep slopes and long distance runs, if you're capable of facing any surface, without problems, this is your level.





-Planissi.




Place: Banyalbufar (Tramuntana Central).
Distance: 35 Km.    Accumulted + : 1010 m.   Time: 4 h. 20 Min.

Route that most of the time goes through woods of wild stawberry and oak trees, crossing the sierra from South to North and viceversa, unifying the villages situated at the north of Palma, interchanging interior and coastal areas with incredible coves.



-Galilea.


Place: Santa Ponsa. (Tramuntana Sur)
Distance: 44 Km.    Accumulated + : 831 m.  Time: 4 h. 15 Min.

Route along the south Island, across Mediterranean pine forests. Starting and ending on the beach of Santa Ponsa, entering the southernmost part of the Tramuntana. With lovely views over the bays of Palma and Santa Ponsa. Mixing rural areas with other tourist resorts.


- La Trapa.


Lugar: Puerto de Andratx. (Tramuntana Sur)
Distancia: 38 Km.    Acumulado + : 1050 m. Duración: 4 h. 10 Min.

Route which runs through the western part of the island, one of the most rugged, riding on cliff areas from a height of 400 metres above sea level. The views over the Dragonera Island are spectacular. Crossing bathing areas and the final choice of a downhilll circuit in the last kilometres


-Lluc Monastry.


Place: Pollença. (Tramuntana Norte)
Distance: 39 Km.     Accumulated + : 899 m.    Time: 4 h. 30 Min.

This route going through tracks on the interior of the North of the island, beginning and ending in the old Roman village of Pollensa. The ascent by a path crossing through agricuiltural and farm land and the descent through fun paths that cross dense oak tree woods where you will reach the highest point of the route which is the Lluc Monastry.

-Sierra de Artá.

Place: Artá. (East of island).
Distance: 39 Km.    Accumulted + : 839 m.  Time: 4 h. 15 Min.

Route that crosses the peninsula of Arta and its virgin beaches, crossing sand dunes and climbing the ancient  watchtowers.Starting and finishing at the old walled city of Arta. A constant view of Menorca in the distance.
